Vinosha Abigail Thevarajah, Founder of Theva Law
From an early age, Vinosha was drawn to the legal profession and envisioned a career where she could apply her advocacy skills to make an impact. She began shaping this vision at age 16 by working at a boutique law firm, gaining early exposure to the demands and rewards of legal practice. Vinosha went on to complete her Honours Degree in Psychology from York University and entered the Common Law Program at the University of Ottawa in 2012, being called to the Ontario Bar in 2016. Her career includes valuable experience at two Toronto-based boutique personal injury firms and as corporate counsel for Sears Canada Inc. in downtown Toronto before she launched her own practice. Specializing in residential real estate, wills and estates, small business law, short- and long-term disability, and family law, Vinosha is a skilled negotiator who values building meaningful relationships with her clients. She is proud to serve clients in both Tamil and English. Vinosha previously lectured in Medical-Legal Ethics at Medskool Reviews, where she taught medical students and internationally trained physicians preparing for Canadian medical licensing. She also previously served on the Women's Committee of the Canadian Tamil Chamber of Commerce, supporting initiatives that promoted mentorship, leadership, and professional development within the community. Vinosha is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the South Asian Bar Association. She currently serves as the Treasurer and Co-Chair of the Finance Committee for the Tamil Bar Association, where she plays a key role in overseeing the organization's financial governance, budgeting, and long-term fiscal strategy. Outside the office, Vinosha enjoys spending time with her family, discovering new foods, and exploring new places. She is deeply passionate about mentoring young professionals and giving back to her community. A devoted believer in Christ, Vinosha credits her journey and success entirely to her faith. She finds joy and purpose in serving and advancing the Kingdom of God through her home church, C3 Toronto. Our Co-operative Education Team
At Theva Law, we are committed to supporting the next generation of legal professionals through our Cooperative Education Program. Our co-op students are selected through a competitive application and interview process, ensuring that each individual demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and a genuine interest in the legal field. Throughout their placement, students gain meaningful, hands-on experience while working alongside our team, developing practical skills, learning about the practice of law, and contributing to the day-to-day operations of the firm in a supportive and collaborative environment.
HARKOMAL SAGGARHarkomal is a recent graduate of Bill Hogarth Secondary School and will attend Western University in September for the Honours Political Science Program. As an Ontario Scholar, she has demonstrated her dedication to her education and continues to put her best foot forward in pursuing a career in law. As a previous co-op student for Theva Law in 2025, she has familiarized herself with basic legal knowledge and continues to learn alongside her peers. Outside of school and work, she enjoys baking, reading books, and spending time with her friends.

OLIVIA AUOlivia is currently a Grade 12 student enrolled in the performing arts program at Unionville High School. She is eager to further develop her professional path within the field of Intellectual Property Law. She hopes to continue her education at The Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, at Wilfrid Laurier University. Outside of her studies, she enjoys the quiet comfort of reading, hitting the slopes for skiing, or spending time at the barn with horses.

BENJAMIN LINBenjamin is striving to become a future legal professional in Corporate Law. He is entering Grade 12 and completing his Business Specialist High School Major at St. Augustine Catholic High School, and he was part of the 2026 Mock Trial Team. Outside of school Benjamin enjoys hanging out with friends, skiing during the winter, exploring new places and cultures, and fishing. Benjamin aims to build a strong foundation through undergraduate programs in Commerce, Economics, and Finance at Western University or the University of Toronto.
